How can I get my note 9 screen to stop being dim when I turn on the screen, it seems like the blue light filter is always on

That's an excellent question, Onesimuz30. The Blue Light Filter settings are capable of being adjusted under Settings. Scroll down and tap Display. From Display, you can manually adjust how dim the Blue Light Filter should be.
