Listed as Tablet not as Phone

Is it weird that my phone is listed as a tablet? Is there anyway to change that? I went to Verizon today because someone needed to get a new phone that's under the same main account and they said my phone is listed as a tablet. Is that normal? Shouldn't it be listed as a phone?

Did your line start out as a tablet line or have a tablet ever activated on it?

The same time my phone was bought they had a deal about tablets so a tablet was bought the same time as mine

My line never started as a tablet, I've had 2 samsung phones and an iphone 4s prior to the note 4
