Just placed an online order for phone and two other items. Wanted in-store pick up today. Order placed to ship in two days ( to wrong address also)
Now I can't connect to live chat period and CS via phone closed.
Since they both had account info, confirmation number and my local store will request be processed?

Not sure the point of having chat that sorta sucks or saying recorded for Quality if you can't give quality service allow customers to make changes to recent orders.
