Suddenly my Note 7 doesn't recognize my fingerprint and a message pops up telling me to try again in 60 minutes. Is there a way to put a password icon or something on the lock screen for when this happens? Is there some way to over ride the finger print sign in when it fails and switch to the password option? Please help. An hour is freaking ridiculous!
you should have been asked to create a back-up pin when you selected fingerprint security.
