Kchau,

We're really sorry to hear your phone is lost and are here to help in any way we can! The suggestions from nicholasbranson and rcschnoor are great and I hope you can locate your phone using those tools. Just to piggy back off of their suggestions, I recommend suspending the line using the reason "Lost/Stolen phone." This will report the phone as missing and ensure no one can use it.

If you end up not being able to locate your phone I hope you have insurance coverage on it. If you do you can file a claim here http://bit.ly/07CrqPK for a replacement to be sent. Even if you don't have insurance there are still other options! Check them all out right here -> http://vz.to/1DbHqaM

Well,... did you ever activate the "verizon support and protection" app on the phone? If so, you can locate your device via the verizon website.

You could also try android device manager in Google Play.

Not sure what good it will do you if you are several thousand miles from your phone, though, except to disable it.

Of course, your phone must be turned back on and have a cell signal to be located.
