So when this all started, Samsung offered 100 dollar incentives to switch to anot her Samsung device. I broke down and replaced my Note 7 with an edge 7 (complete step down BTW). It's been 2 months. I received a confirmation email stating that my device was received back by Verizon. Is it too early to expect the incentive to kick in?
