Marshmallow update - bluetooth vs wireless

After upgrading to Marshmallow I have to choose either bluetooth or wireless, I can't have both.

If I have bluetooth turned on, my wireless is pathetically slow. Once I turn bluetooth off, I can move through the web without a problem.

Somethings wrong with the upgrade.  Any thoughts????

I've reset all communications functions, turned off and on wireless several times. Forgot and reset my wireless network half a dozen times.  Nothing seems to fix this issue.

Using a Samsung Note 5 on Verizon FIOS Network.
