Ever since the update my phone refuses to connect to the data and Wi-Fi. I have restarted the phone, reset the settings, and even factory reset the phone and still no change. Can anyone help?

Were you able to ever resolve this? I am hoping for help too. It's sad that there are this many posts and yet Samsung isn't stepping up to take accountability that the update wasn't ready for all phones.
