Cannot find the RED ICON Verizon Voicemail App after latest system update on Jan 19, 2021. Verizon Virtual Voicemail (Green Icon) is there. When call comes into voicemail it will NOT show up. Last voicemail date was Jan 18th. Error message is something like Sorry, there is a problem... and then cuts off. It is a 9007 error message., Verizon Voicemail (Red Icon) is no longer in my apps and can't see it on Google Store. What happened?

NO... The APP is not available on the store. It is VERIZON VOICEMAIL with a RED ICON that I am missing. I went to a local store and they worked with me for 60+minutes. A ticket was opened:
VERIZON TICKET - TR-231xxxxxxxxxx (will supply rest of numbers if needed. You can see it in my account)
We/I believe that it happened (for me) on Jan 19 when I did the new SYSTEM UPDATE. Very shortly after that I noticed a GREEN ICON where I had a RED ONE. I used to get very little voicemails. My wife has an S9 and after her SYSTEM Upgrade her RED ICON was still there. I get a 9007 error when a voicemail comes in. I am getting much more voicemails now.

I wonder if Samsung moved the voicemail feature into the dialer application or another application to align it with the standard visual voicemail feature used on the Pixel phones across all carriers and away from the exclusive applications previously provided by the carrier.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

gmartinsen, we understand the importance of making sure you are able to access your Voicemail. Let's continue to investigate. How are your data services when Wi-Fi is off? Are you still able to gain access to your Voicemail by dialing *86?

I've never seen a red verizon voice mail app on my phones, why is that? I always just have the green visual voice-mail and use that free. Currently using the samsung note 10 plus. Don't even see a verizon voice-mail app in the google store.

I can access voicemails by *86... but I don't have any other indications that I have any 'new' voicemails

- So you normally have 2 voice-mail icons, red and green? I have only ever had one icon. On my LG G6 it was red as I just checked my husbands G6 and that's all he has and it accesses visual voicemail. On my Samsung note 10 plus it's green and accesses visual voicemail. Never saw a red and green icon I don't think, weird.
