Support believes that it was a problem with the last Update. I don't have the cloud on my phone either... which I should. We're working on different solutions every day.

Being able to access your voicemails is imperative. To learn you get a failure message when checking yours is unsettling, and we're here to help! To confirm, are you having trouble with Visual Voicemail or a third-party voicemail app? When was the last time you were able to check your voicemails successfully? Where was your Note 10+ device purchased?

YES, I have rebooted many times, including Power OFF/ON
The problem hapend around Jan 19, 2021. That was the date I did the lat SYSTEM UPDATE from Verizon

Maybe it's time for a hard reset if nothing else is working. Hae you checked here to see if anyone else on verizon is having this issue with the note 10?

The Note 10 is a great device. I use one myself. Let's get to the bottom of this voicemail issue. Have you tested your device in safe mode? You can see how to get into safe mode here:

I can't complete step 2.
Step 1 Press and hold volume down until the buttons appear. CHECK
Step 2 Hold down power button until safe mode appears. SAFE MODE never appears.
