My husband and I have the note 10 plus Verizon branded not unlocked and have always had a green voicemail app to listen to voicemail, never lost it. Have had these phones not quite a year. We just had phone updates May 28 so check and see if your phone is fully updated. One person stated a factory reset solved it, have you tried that? Is your phone Verizon or unlocked?

@acraftylady2
I have not yet done a factory reset as I'm hoping to do some additional troubleshooting on this issue as I had found some other threads through reddit and other online forums with a similar issue across quite a few verizon branded devices with no resolution.

Do you have the 4g or 5g version? Do you have the latest update? My 4g version got an update May 28th. For some the reset fixed it. Be curious to see how Verizon can add it back.

I'm having this exact issue. No red voicemail icon, no visual voicemail anywhere, and I don't get push notifications if I receive a voicemail. I just have to check after a missed call. Galaxy S21+ purchased through verizon

kmccormick211, we want to make sure you are able to easily access your Visual Voicemail. Allow us the opportunity to review. Have you ever had access to the Visual Voicemail app on this device? How are your data services at your location, while Wi-Fi is off? Also, can you please confirm that your device has the latest Software Update? -Sylvia

deashi, let's get the missing app found. Typically, the voicemail app is listed under the Verizon folder. By chance have you looked there?
