It did get resoled. It took a factory reset to do it. ERICH in VZW Tech Support pointed me in the right direction. There is a file that I downloaded and was able to back up almost everything including screens. Very happy with the results.

Can you tell how you backed everything up including screens? Is it something from Samsung you used?

You said this, was wondering how they had you back up the phone as I would like to know how to do this with my note 10 plus. Was it a samsung file or something from verizon?

Hi There, I am experiencing the same issue with the Red Voicemail App missing on a brand new replacement Samsung Galaxy A01 phone. The account has the basic voicemail plan and the original phone I had (same model) had the app before it was damaged. I have tried multiple factory resets on this new device both on the phone and by connecting the phone to my laptop and resetting from there. I have spent hours on the phone with Verizon with now solid answer
This is driving me a bit mad. I can't comprehend why this app would not be present. How can this app be re-installed? Taking it to a verizon tech support person to go back to a previous update??
Any advice would help!

I rely on my voicemail app constantly with the same Note 10 that you have. That is very strange to hear that the app is not already installed on the device. I will be more than happy to assist. Please share with me what software version is running on the device? This is located in the settings>about phone section. Also, when you said a red voicemail app mine shows the color green. Please confirm if you are referring to premium visual voicemail?

gmartinsen, we're Tier 2 Tech Support via this channel and cannot connect you to the same agent you previously worked with via this platform. We'll help get this corrected as the built-in Voicemail app cannot be deleted in any way.
Did your phone go through a recent software update? If you go into your Settings and tap on Apps do you see the Voicemail app listed?

Hello VZW_customer_support
I am currently also experiencing the issue of missing voicemail apps.
The two follow apps are missing after a system update earlier this year
Red Voicemail App
Green Visual Voicemail App
Neither of these apps can be obtained manually through Googleplay or Samsung store. I reached out to chat support and they sadly just gave me the steps here:
https://www.verizon.com/support/knowledge-base-103564/
Sadly I cannot perform these steps as I don't have access to the voicemail app.
I requested the .apk for the apps but apparently that cannot be manually sent to me to install it manually myself.
Here is some information from my device pulled from About -> System
Samsung Galaxy Note10+
One UI v3.1
Android v11
Kernel v4.14.190
Safe mode doesn't allow me to see the app and reboots do not fix it either. Additionally, looking through my App Library, I can see all of my verizon apps that have ever been used, with the exception of the two listed above.
If you can point me in the direction of opening an actual support ticket so Im not getting spammed with the same KB article above I'd greatly appreciate it.
