Mobile hotspot failed to connect. Please try again later

I am getting this error: Mobile hotspot failed to connect.  Please try again later when using my mobile hotspot. I've used it everyday during my lunch without any problems till today. I tried downloading a 3rd party program, Pdanet +, and I get a cannot access data error. The browser on my phone works fine and so do on-line games on my phone.

I've already tried a soft reset by removing the battery. I've also tried killing the app via task manager.

Anyone else having this problem?

Hello Murdoc84, let's get to the bottom of this together! Can you clear the connection so that the device forgets the initialization. Also, test the device's hotspot in safe mode: http://vz.to/1aFxLK8
