My Galaxy Note 2 stopped charging.

I replaced the charging port in it and now it just makes a beeping noise when i plug it into the charger regardless if it has the battery or not. HELP PLEASE

You mean the charger? Or you took the phone apart and replaced the charging port in the device?

Many times the chargers are a head ache because they like the original cable that came with the device. See if you can get an original USB/charging cable from the maker of your device.
