Out of the blue my S9 asked for a Password on boot up...now I'm locked out. Factory Reset/wipe is not an option...too many work related photos/videos/Notes to lose..
Thoughts?
Don't you have back up turned on for Google and samsung?
slisogar, we are sorry to hear that you may be locked out of your device. Normally, if you were to boot up or restart your device you will need to manually input the lock screen password. Can you please let us know if you are still locked out? What options do you see on your device screen?
