My phone is rejecting all calls and I can't seem to resolve this through my settings. Nothing seems to work. What am I doing wrong?

Have you checked to see if you have call forwarding on?

Not being able to receive calls is not good. We will get you back in action. Did anything change on your device around the time this issue started? What zip code are you in? What recording do others receive when they try to call you?


Ann154, made a great suggestion of checking to make sure call forwarding was not activated. Have you had a chance to check yet? Here is how... http://vz.to/29L4dRW
