My phone keeps dropping calls, need help!

My wife and I upgraded phones from the Droid Razor to the Samsung Note 3 few months ago.  Ever since day one I've been having issues with losing connection.  It's strange, I will be talking to someone on the phone and all of a sudden they can't hear anything I say, however I can still hear them talking.  After 5-10 seconds they can start hearing me again.  My wife's cellphone never had this issue and my work cellphone (also a Verizon phone, Galaxy SIII) also never had this issue.

I apologize for the issues you are having with the signal on your device. We want you to have a dependable device. Do you have any issues with text or data on your device? Do you lose audio on the calls only in a certain area or everywhere? Have to tried to remove and reinsert your SIM to see if service improves? http://vz.to/1taLpiO
