Since I was  forced to update my phone  to SM-N900V_NC4_to_NK1, I get force closes and reboots especially when bluetooth is on. I keep getting this message: Unfortunately, the process com.android.systemui has stopped.

Continues after multiple factory data resets.

After spending $600 for this device I am very upset that it is not broken through no fault of my own. I continue to pay more than $200/month every month and Verizon goes and breaks my phone. I am seeking legal counsel.

You deserve to have a working phone especially these days when cell phones are our lifeline.  Let's get you back in business.  When was the update done on your phone?  Does the phone have any physical or water damage?
