I will now have 40 bucks of overage this month not to include the 30 in overage last month.. I have done the upgrade I have factory reset it twice now. Even called my internet provider who suggested I get ahold of someone here since it is ONLY my phone that is having issues. Im definetly irritated. I spent way to much on this phone to have to get another one. What do I do from here? Throw it in the ocean?
fixed issue myself. call and ask for replacement phone if under a year old its replaceable
