NOTE 4 6.0.1 UPDATE ISSUES

Did the update, factory reset twice, battery drain is insane, 4g connection is crap, dropped calls left and right, music playing freezes, every app is acting up... I can't afford an upgrade, just got this phone barely a year ago... What's going on? If it doesn't get fixed will Verdon buy me a new phone?? This is annoying.

Same issues here Verizon after Marshmallow update.

Please respond. Will you be fixing battery, boot loop, and freeze issues?

the update causes my phone to randomly restart, often ending in it looping on the restart screen for hours until it dies. It is clearly the update that is the problem

same here but on the S7EDGE. REGARDLESS. it was a security update and apparently its so secure it prevents normal functionality of device. welcome to my nightmare.

mcojoc updates are meant to improve phones, not cause issues. Let's make sure your phone is working as it should be. Please share details as to what is going on with your battery. Is it freezing and looping when you do something specific?

Thanks for the reply.

Problems are occurring after update and using the same applications and settings as before. Battery Drain is main problem, but also random reboots and boot-loops are occurring since the upgrade. No I will not do a factory restore, I don't have time to backup and restore my information (and shouldn't have to in order to receive an update)....

Plus - I've read from others that it doesn't work. Please investigate the problems that I've seen have been reported by many, many other people and provide an update fix.

I have a Galaxy Note 4, just like the dozen other people on here who are only having problems after the update. It is not an app, it is not a problem with my phone, it's the update and the new operating system and either Verizon or Samsung is responsible. If you read your own discussion board you'd see many people complaining of looping and battery drainage after the Marshmallow update. Stop being in denial and admit what caused the problem and fix it.
