New Note 7 - Same Missing Features

When the Note 7 first came out on August 19th, a few people had noticed that certain features were missing as compared to the T-Mobile, Sprint and AT&T version of the Note 7. The Device Maintenance feature, the Auto Restart feature, and Samsung Cloud are missing from the Verizon version of the phone.  Also the Settings menu looks like the Note 4 version of the Settings menu (it now has the Quick settings at the top of the menu).  Samsung Pay was not pre-installed on the phone, but you can download it from the Play Store.  While I was getting my "safe" Note 4 from Best Buy, I got into a conversation with a couple of Sprint owners of the Note 4.  I found out from them that Sprint gives you the stock version of the Note 4 with all the original Samsung operating system and features, Sprint does not even place their name on the back of it.  All the software on it is exactly the way Samsung had designed it.  I am sure that Sprint may have added their "bloatware", but they did not have any changes made to the operating system.  So, why did Samsung let Verizon mess with their operating system?  After all it is a Samsung device, Verizon is just selling the device and should not be able to dictate how they want the operating system to look.  I would also like to know when we will get an update to add in all the features that Verizon had removed. The link below compares the T-Mobile version of the Note 4 to the Version version:

I even asked Samsung the same thing and got the reply "Samsung manufactures the phones based on the carrier specifications and requirements."  That sounds almost as insane as HP or Dell asking Microsoft to manufacture Windows 10 to their specifications and requirements.  It would never happen and the same thing should not happen with the operating system of the Note 7.  The operating system on all Note 7 phones should be the same except for the additional software (bloatware) added by the specific carrier.  It is the same for PC computers.  The Windows 10 software is the same no matter what brand of computer you have, the only difference would be the additional software added by the manufacture of the computer (HP, Dell, Gateway, etc.).  I think that Samsung needs to provide us an update that includes ALL the features that Verizon decided to exclude from the phone.

It's inexcusable to ruin the operating system for profit motives, as Vzw did.  It's also inexcusable to install malware, as Vzw did.  They installed DT Ignite, which cannot be removed; and even if disabled, it will come back to life upon a system reset & will install unwanted apps that Verizon has been paid to permit.  Again, it's the profit motive.  Why isn't malware like this illegal?
