New problem: Google calendar will not save new events entered via Note 2 running Android 4.4.2. Google sync OK & Events entered via Google calendar via PC work normally.

For about 1 month, Google calendar will not save new events entered via Note 2, OS Android 4.4.2.

Google calendar sync's normally.

Events entered into Google calendar via PC work normally.

Deleting Google Calendar for phone and re-installing does not solve problem.

Soft reset does not solve problem.

May try backing up phone data & do hard reset.

Suggestions?

I'd love to further investigate the issue! I want to confirm that the new events are not being entered under the Samsung Calendar. There are often times two calendars on the Samsung devices.( GMail Calendar and the Samsung Calendar) Under Calendars > Menu > Calendar , Is the GMail currently listed as the calendar? Are you currently signed into a Samsung Calendar?
