i am having problems with a note 2. i think it might be the 4.3 update? either way, it's ruined this phone for me. considering bouncing over to cricket. everyone around me is verizon and does not have a connectivity issue.

Help is justa post away my friend! Let's get your Note II working like you're used to. May I ask have you completed a reset on the device after the software update? This resolves a lot of issues that may have can about after the update. If not, steps to do so are in this link, http://vz.to/19daE8V. As always, we recommend backing up your info before performing the update. Let me know if this helps.
