Note 3 sucks battery

Hi, ever since my phone upgraded to 4.4.4 on the Samsung note 3 my battery is only lasting 2 hrs. This is a new phone and I did not have this problem till the update.

Also my wifi will not stay connected and my gear watch is always connecting and disconnecting all day long now. This also started after the 4.4.4 update
