Note 4 Lock Screen Bugs after Lollipop

I can't make any changes to the lock screen such as Show Information:  Dual Clock. No.  Clock Size. No.  Owner Info.  No.  Weather.  Notification is always on, can't turn off.  Dual Clock.  No. 

I want a large clock with date and no weather notification.  Cant make it work
