Note 4 email sync issues. Laggy wifi. Links inside emails don't work.

Let’s work on speeding things up, FRAG100! When did you first notice this being an issue? Do you notice the slowness/link issue on all WiFi connections? Any issues when you are using the data network? Looking forward to hearing back.

There's a good chance these issues arose sometime around the last 1 or 2 updates (1-2 months?). The issue happens on all wifi signals and occasionally when using data. I tried using a different email App (from standard Samsung app to blue mail), issue still present.

FRAG100, that is really weird to experience. We really want to get this resolved for you. Have you tried deleting the email from your phone, then reinstalling it?

Yes. Initially I tried using different email App (switched from default email App that comes with phone to Blue Mail). When that didn't resolve the issues, I factory reset the phone.

My problem is only with comenity bank providers like Jessica London brylane home, Romans. It gives me the show pictures link but does not allow me to link to their site where it says shop now or any of their links in the email
