bobd104, we don't want this to be an ongoing issue for you. What happens when you try to connect to that Wi-Fi extender? Do you get an error message or are you asked to provide a password? Tell us more so that we can further assist you with this Wi-Fi issue. -Lasina

I get an error message, "AP currently not in use. Internet connection too slow."

Yes, have spent time troubleshooting with Comcast and in the process rebooted the router several time with still no luck...
