Note 5 Visual Voicmail Issue with power saving mode - Error 9007

Power saving mode saves your battery, but it will cause problems with Visual Voicemail and you will get a 9007 error.  When power saving mode is active, messages will not populate on your Note 5 device.  Turning off power saving mode corrects the 9007 error.

I have a note 5 and power saving is off and the problem is there 9007
