From the time I got my Note 5 I've had no problems with using a wired headset and/or a bluetooth headset. Both worked as they were supposed to. Today when I plug in the wired headset the phone's speaker is not muted. When I tried to use my bluetooth headset the phone's speaker is not muted. When I tried to listen to audio in FB messenger I could not hear it through my bluetooth headset but only through the phones speaker.
I changed no settings. I deleted AVG Anti-virus app as it was conflicting with the Lookout app. Other than that I've done nothing else to the phone.
Any ideas on how to fix this problem?
