Since the uplate my note 5 and my husband's note 5 has been acting up. We are having problems receiving text messages and pictures messages. Apparently I send them and he never receives them and he sends them and I don't receive them. We have tried restarting the phone several times but it doesn't fix the problem. Also we cannot do HD video calling with wifi on. If wifi is on then the HD video call drops. If I turn wifi off but keep 4G mobile data on then the call is fine. We didn't have this problem before. We could make an HD video call with both wifi and 4G mobile data on and call would not be affected before. Also, he's not getting notifications, I am.
Still no difference. Still not receiving texts like I should. Having wifi problems and my calendar events won't sync like they should. I have lost all the birthday events on my calendar, they won't show up anymore.
