I have defective note 7 my retailer doesn't give answers to when they will replace. They say don't know about delivery dates and really don't seem to care. Samsung has been just as helpful! No matter who I call I get pretty much the same from all, one big nothing
I am so sorry that you have had so much difficulty getting information about replacing your Note7 device. Your safety is our top priority, and we want you to have a safe device as quickly as possible. If you purchased at a Verizon corporate store, you can return and exchange your device right away. If you purchased originally at a 3rd party retailer, they should be able to complete the exchange right in their store as well.
