Needless to say this whole process has been horrible. Walked in to corporate store to return and
have data transfer - smart switch. They tell me in store I am not allowed to power on phone and
they could not transfer data but would write down instructions for me to do outside - REALLY
surely I thought I awoke from this nightmare. Good news is that after some discussion they
actually did help me and went beyond "policy". I received my receipt - DONE! As a side note
if you used the $25 credit from the initial recall and returned the product they KEEP the credit.
For ex. I purchased a car charger $35 paid $10 for it...............upon return they were going to
refund me $10.....$25 disappears..........NOOO NOOO NOOO......I did an even swap to get
another charger......even the Rep and I laughed at how THEY(VERIZON) get you coming and
going and for those note particularly aware I can only imagine........
So get your credit! I was also told that I would get the $100 credit even though I did not purchase
from Verizon but since it is a Galaxy Note 5 I would receive - believe it when.......I see it...
