I just got a new Galaxy Note 7 from Verizon and my son also got a Samsung J3 from AT&T around the same time. We have never texted between these two accounts or phones before. But now that we have tried, I do not receive texts from him, but he can receive mine. I have:
Disabled message+ and hangouts
Started in safe mode
Tried Samsung messages
Re-enabled message+
Made sure my default was message+
So far nothing has worked. Is this an AT&T issue?
