Unable to connect unless I turn off Advanced calling: HD video/voice. Is there a solution other than removing the feature?

KONO1986, having the ability to use your Network Extender is a must. Help is here as you have questions that deserve answers. We have lifted this issue up to Samsung as we are working to resolve since this issue is persisting with some of our customers. We truly appreciate your patience during this process. In the meantime, please use Wi-Fi (Advanced Calling) until we have a resolution.

extending to connect to the network or wi-fi??
if you have a poor network signal, the extender can't work miracles.
