So I spent an hour on the phone with Verizon and basically trading my phone in was optional if im comfortable with the idea it could burn up it was on me. He also told me since i was on the payment plan that I am not required to pay the rest of the phone off that it is bought right back out which is why the upgrade option is showed, which basically means I havr a free phone for right now. He said if i was comfortable with this phone right now there is no problem with holding it until the phone I do want is available, but it was at my own risk whether or not it Burns up. I told him I just got this phone last week and I love this phone and downgrading to the s7 edge wasnt going to happen. So I'll keep this phone for now and if i notice it getting hot then I'll trade it in under yhe upgrade. If it doesn't then I'll hold onto it until samsung makes another better phone with a pen.
