Note7 Battery

I got new Note7 and already the battery won't keep charge.  Is there any programs or applications needed to delete to keep charge?

Or, return phone within trial period/

MILLERHSTEPHEN,

Having a battery that holds its charge is important. Let's put the power back in your hands. Does your phone grow hot while using it? How fast does it drain?

In response to your second question, you're able to return your Note 7 to any Verizon Wireless corporate store at this time, whether it is the original or the replacement if you need to return of exchange it, even for a new device. You can find your nearest Verizon Wireless retail location here: Verizon Stores Near Me | Verizon Wireless .

Make sure you close any Apps that you have open, uninstall or disable Apps that you will never use then disable Bloatware's that don't need to run or you don't need it, download Package Disabler Pro

MARROD47, we always want to make sure you’re happy with your purchase and that your phone is functioning as it should. We offer a 14-Day Worry Free Guarantee where you can return/exchange your phone. Typically, the restock fee will not apply if you exchange for the same exact model. If you opt for a different phone, a restock fee will apply. You can get more details here. http://vz.to/2dauVUN

In this specific case, Samsung is currently investigating recent reports on replacement Note 7 phones. If you have a Note 7 and wish to exchange your device, you can do so without a restocking fee.
