OTG Failure

With previous versions of android, the OTG support was great. Sometime recently, the support has failed. I'm currently running version 7 and the phone only recognizes that an OTG device was plugged in. It does not show any support with previously used flash drives, cameras, or my computer. I don't know what went wrong, but it does not show any signs of even wanting to support any of the devices. I need to be able to use it and transfer files via USB. Any help would be appreciated.
