In july of 2014 my Galaxy S3 phone went from having 2 bars of 4g in my living room to no signal at all. I upgraded my phone last week to a Galaxy Note S3. I brought it home and had 2 bars of 4g in my living room again. It scheduled an update that night and again the signal went to 0. There is obviously an issue with the update. It's all over the forums. Why won't Verizon fix it? This makes me want to go back to AT&T At least I had signal with them.

From what I've been reading over at the Samsung sites, the updates are being held up by the Verizon folks. There has been mention that Verizon is slow at adding there own twist to the software (add-on's and such).
