I have recently started having problems with my note 4. I can't hear any sound during phone calls from my to others. I also can't hear others when I answer calls. When I call others, I can't hear their phone ring. Any ideas would be appreciated.

You definitely need to be able to hear others and we'd be happy to help. When did the trouble begin exactly? Since starting has there been any physical or water damage to the phone? Are you having trouble with hearing other sounds from applications or just when calling?
