you'd have to know what downloaded. was it a picture? a .pdf file? an app? no way to tell you how to delete it unless you know what it was. however, it may be in your downloads folder. use a file manager (i use es file explorer.....free in the play store) to find your downloads folder and you may find it there if it was just a file of some type.
