I was having trouble activating my new Note 10+ yesterday and called support. I ended up needing to give them the SIM number, which meant taking my case off. Before I got the case back on, the thing slipped and my Aura Glow back cover cracked in a star pattern. I've tried both Verizon and Samsung chat as well as going into a Verizon store, but nobody seems to be able to tell me if I can order a replacement cover in Aura Glow. Any ideas?
Just to note - insurance was suggested, but it will not cover cracks that are cosmetic. It would not fall under warranty, and Verizon can't take it back because of physical damage.
