***Announcement: Early next week, we’ll be merging the current Fios and Wireless Communities into the all new Verizon Community! Beginning the evening of Sunday 12/4, both Communities will be placed in read-only mode. You’ll still be able to visit the Communities and browse content, but login will be disabled. Replacement Note 7

Just turned in my original Note 7 on Thursday for the replacement Note 7 (reluctantly I might add).  My original Note 7 was amazing, had awesome battery life and zero issues overheating.   My replacement Note 7 has had terrible battery life since jump.  It immediately started overheating while simply in use and was burning hot while charging.  I have experienced random frozen screens also.  I'm so disappointed in this replacement and do not want to keep it.  This is not what I paid for!  Anyone else having these issues??

You always deserve an awesome working phone that you can fully rely on. I'm greatly concerned to hear you're having this trouble. We want you to love your Note 7. What are you doing on the phone when you have these troubles? How often does it do this?
