Since there was no special instructions or return shipping label included with my replacement Note7, I have some questions...
Do the return instructions on the receipt apply to this situation? It states:
"Pack merchandise in original packaging. And place in shipping box; Please do not
return damaged or defective batteries or devices containing damaged or defective non-removable batteries by mail."
If my recalled Note7 is not damaged & did not appear to have a defective battery, is it still considered defective because it was recalled or not? If so, how do I return it, and why isn't Verizon providing any information on this?
I was able to my Verizon account to print a return USPS shipping label, but it has a similar warning statement about not mailing defective batteries...
"Do not return a damaged or defective battery or a phone containing a damaged or defective battery in this packaging."

Thanks for that info, Predator. How long after you received your new Note7 did you receive the shipping box & label?
I would also like to hear something official from a Verizon rep.
