I do understand that you are not at fault. It's a combo of samsung and verizon. The update messed up alot of phones and what we are being told is replace or phones or contact the manufacturer (yeah like they are gonna take the blame).
Even with a upgrade available neither Samsung or verizon will compensate enough for it.
I got the note 4 because I can replace the battery and like the features it has. Now the battery is not remove able so the companies mentioned can force even more upgrades due to battery replacement being outrageously expelsive and you lose your phone while its being done.
