Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra backorder

On July 20 I ordered the note 20 ultra as an upgrade, it came up as a backorder for Aug 3rd. I received the shipping and tracking information on July 25, I received a package on the July 27 containing the return envelope but no phone, so am I waiting for another tracking number with the phone?

I am sorry to hear about your phone not being received when you placed the order and waited for it to be delivered, Qcollins00. Let me get more details on the delivery. What was the tracking number on the shipment? Please send us a private message so we can check on the order find out why the device was not inside the package when it was received and if there was another tracking number for the order,
