Screen will not rotate to landscape. Camera makes shakey vibration sound when opened.

The screen will not auto rotate at all. The camera app won't take landscape pictures. Also when opening the camera app sometimes it will make a shakey vibration like sound. I have done three factory resets and still nothing.
