My service keeps dropping. It started about 2 weeks ago and I have had my phone since Oct 2014. I have never had service issues until now; i have never dropped calls or service and now I haven't had any service for a couple of hours. I have taken out my battery and restarted SEVERAL times. What is going on with verizon?
SIM is making good contact in its slot? Have you taken it out and verified? If it is a couple hours, it may be temporary. If it is a couple days, you'd need to call or contact Verizon to inform them.
