Shutting down on it own

My Note 4 reboots itself then fades out and don't come back up unless I take the battery out. This the 2nd phone and this one is a refurbished one.

SexySatin,

That's certainly concerning to hear your Note 4 is having this issue with rebooting! That wouldn't be very convenient. Let's get the phone working great for you! How often is the phone doing this? Is this the same issue the first Note 4 had? Are there any certain times it happens?

Yes this has happen with the first Note 4, that's why I had to get another

one, and it happens every single time my phone restarts, the Verizon logo

pops up and the screen gets very dim then starts to fade away. I have to

keep taking out my battery to get some kind of usage.

SexySatin,

That's concerning that this continues to happen with two different phones. That suggests it could be something outside of the phone itself causing it. How often is the phone rebooting itself? Are you able to try the phone in safe mode http://vz.to/1FAi4nG and see if there is any change?

Got my Note 4 ten days ago, experienced this yesterday.  NOTHING would work except pulling the battery. Will advise if it persists.
