Why does a message saying Sims card has been added, restart to use mobile network? I haven't put in a Sims card. I don't even know how to open it. Samsung Galaxy Note 5

ConfusAB, that is definitely not normal for a Galaxy Note 5. When did this notification start happening? Have you made any changes to the phone or apps?
