You can skip on it for a period of time. Eventually it will just install automatically.

I installed CPG2 a few nights ago. It's been an improvement so far. No problems here. I appreciate that Samsung and Verizon continue to bring us system updates for this phone!

I updated my phone and lost WiFi. I can't turn it on. Stays greyed out. Performed factory reset. No luck. Heading to VZ store.

Having WiFi is essential these days, Jlhorne. Updates are supposed to enhance your device not disable it. Does the WiFi button not turn on at all? Or is it that you are not picking up WiFi networks? When you did the factory data reset, did you not install the latest update? Keep up posted.
